Natural Healing
In this course, you鈥檒l learn about the various stages of wellness and illness and discover that true health means wholeness of the mind, body, and spirit. Using a variety of methods like seasonal foods, herbs, aroma therapy, positive attitude, relaxation, yoga, meditation, natural remedies and more, you鈥檒l explore a variety of ways to achieve health in mind, body, and spirit while living in harmony with nature. By the end of this course, you鈥檒l have tools to take charge of your own health and healing.

Meditation and Mindfulness
During this class you will be introduced to experiencing meditation. Various techniques will be used to guide you into meditation. Meditation helps us deal with stress and anxiety while learning coping skills to cultivate patience to feel more at peace and calm in body, mind, and spirit. Everyone is welcome.

Nutrition Basics for Seniors
Designed for participants ages 55 and up. Learn how to recognize common shortfalls in your diet and overcome them with accessible, everyday foods. You will analyze your own diet and learn how to implement the latest science-based recommendations to make improvements that are meaningful, sustainable and important for supporting a healthy lifestyle over your senior years.
Cost includes 3 month subscription for the online health
and wellness app used in the class.

Intro to Tai Chi and Qigong听
Learn how to use the slow, soft, flowing movements of Taiji to open the joints, strengthen the muscles, and reduce tension. Qigong focuses on body balance, structure and breathing, and releasing tension in the muscles and joints. Participants will be standing for entire session.

Flow Yoga
This is for beginners. The practice will progress as the class progresses. Flow yoga classes are a mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement. They usually begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences.
