College to Hold Symposium: 'Law, Order and the Black Lives Matter Movement'
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA 鈥 February 16, 2017)鈥敶蠓⒘喜 will hold a symposium titled, 鈥淟aw, Order and the Black Lives Matter Movement,鈥 from 9:15 to 11.15 a.m., Thursday, February 23. Sponsored by the College鈥檚 Black and Latino Male Empowerment Initiative (BLMEI), the symposium will explore issues surrounding the Black Lives Matter movement and community policing practices. The symposium is free and open to the public.
Cherri Gregg, an attorney and journalist who reports on a variety of public affairs and social justice issues for KYW Newsradio, CBS-3 Television and CBSPhilly.com, will moderate the symposium.
