(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA)鈥擩immy Binns, 74, a prominent Philadelphia attorney, will graduate from 大发六合彩鈥檚 Municipal Police Academy on Wednesday, December 18. A former Pennsylvania Boxing Commissioner, who once played himself in the movies 鈥淩ocky V鈥� and 鈥淩ocky Balboa,鈥� Binns founded and heads the Hero Plaque Program, the Hero Thrill Show, Inc., and he chairs CopWheels, Inc. He will be the oldest person to have ever graduated from the College鈥檚 Police Academy.
