Eight Years and Counting—ϲ Named a Great College to Work For™
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA)—For the eighth consecutive year, The Chronicle of Higher Education has recognized ϲ as a Great College to Work For™. The results were released as part of The Chronicle’s tenth annual report on the Academic Workplace in which more than 45,000 employees from 232 institutions around the country were surveyed. ϲ is one of 79 colleges selected as a Great College to Work For™.

Earning the Great Colleges to Work For™ distinction for eight consecutive years is a testament to the College’s accepting and caring environment where each of us, working collectively, can make a difference for our students and our colleagues,” says College President Dr. L. Great Colleges to Work For™ is one of the largest and most-respected higher education workplace recognition programs in the country. Administered by ModernThink LLC, the survey featured two components: a questionnaire on institutional characteristics and a faculty and staff questionnaire about individual evaluations of the institution.
