Admissions Policy
大发六合彩 is an open door institution whose mission is to facilitate learning by providing quality educational programs and services that are student focused, accessible, comprehensive, and flexible to meet the needs of the diverse communities it serves. Individuals with a high school diploma or GED, and persons over the age of 19 who do not have either but demonstrate the ability to benefit, are welcome to enroll. Only those individuals whose placement assessments indicate insufficient academic competencies to succeed may be denied and referred to other avenues for personal and professional development.
The College may offer qualified high school students the opportunity to enroll in credit courses for which they meet prerequisites.
The College may establish admission criteria for entry into a program for which such standards are deemed necessary for student success. Programs for which specific admission criteria must be met will be continually evaluated to determine the effectiveness of such requirements.
For programs with limited enrollment, the College may give priority to residents from sponsoring school districts.
Residency Defined
For purposes of applying for admission, registration, and tuition and fees assessment, a legal resident is defined as a citizen or permanent resident of the United States who has resided in the place of domicile claimed as a residence for at least ninety (90) days prior to registering at the College. An international student is defined as any student on a nonimmigrant visa (i.e. H, J, F) or in a pending status.
Individuals not meeting the ninety-day residency requirement may be granted an exemption if compelling evidence is provided to demonstrate that the principle reason for moving to an area was other than attending the College.
