Health Studies 鈥 Neurodiagnostic Technology (HSNT)
The Neurodiagnostic Technology Program is accredited as the Crozer-Chester Medical Center School of Clinical Neurophysiology by the Commission on Accreditation of the Allied Health Education Program (). After the first six months of enrollment, the students are eligible to take Part I of the Electroencephalographic Written Exam (R.EEG.T). Sitting for Part 1 of this exam is a requirement of the program and should be scheduled prior to the final semester. HSNT program graduates, who successfully pass Part II of the exam, will be awarded the R. EEG.T credential. Graduates are immediately eligible to apply for registration in Evoked Potential (R.EP.T). After employment in a field of advanced monitoring, technologists who hold the R. EEG.T. credential, can become certified in Long Term Monitoring (CLTM) or Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM).
