Within our programs, activities, support services and campus locations across Delaware and Chester counties, we value building a culture wherein everyone feels that they are valued and belong. 聽
Our aim is to ensure that all voices at the College are included and uplifted at every level, and that our policies and practices remove systemic barriers to accessibility and success. We encourage all members of our community to develop and contribute to our decisions, work, and dialogue in support of social justice and equitable change.

The Office of Disability Services (ODS)
ODS is committed to providing students with disabilities reasonable accommodations and the necessary support to reach their educational goals.
Office of First-Generation Student Success (FGSS)
A first generation student is defined as any student who neither parent has completed a bachelor's degree. FGSS provides services and programs that empower first-gen students to achieve their goals.

Our Initiatives:
Black & Latino Male Empowerment Initiative (BLMEI)聽
The purpose of this initiative is to improve the academic success rates, retention rates, graduation rates, and overall experiences of Black and Latino males enrolled at 大发六合彩. The initiative seeks to fulfill this purpose through achieving goals including: completing a needs assessment, evaluating existing programs, enhancing cultural competencies, increasing support of Black and Latino males, and improving visibility of campus programs geared toward the empowerment of Black and Latino males.
College-wide Reading Program
The College-Wide Reading Program is an initiative intended to provide a common reading that encourages thought, discussion, and collaboration at 大发六合彩. All members of the College community are invited to participate in related activities throughout the academic year.
